The highly prestigious MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships are individual grants for excellent postdocs. The focus is to support career development through training and mobility activities. Applications are submitted jointly with the host institution and, if funded, the Postdoc is employed at the respective university for 12 to 24 months.
Host institutions from the YUFE Alliance are the University of Antwerp, University of Cyprus, University of Rijeka, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the University of Bremen.
Funding in demand
MSCA grants are in great demand. The EU provides fixed sums for living and mobility costs for this purpose. In addition, there is support for research activities as well as management and indirect costs. The application deadline for the call is September 14, 2022.
For candidates who have found a mentor (host) at the University of Antwerp and are currently employed at one of the YUFE partner universities, the University of Antwerp offers a short-term mobility grant. The grant covers travel and accommodation expenses to enable a meeting in person with the mentor, and to prepare the MSCA application jointly. A Letter of Commitment (template available) from the mentor is required to apply for the mobility grant. Send the application for the mobility grant to: researchprotect me ?!uantwerpenprotect me ?!.be
