Due to rapid technological, social and economic changes, companies constantly face new challenges. An increasing technical specialization on the one hand and the globalization and digitalization of economic processes on the other, change workflows and collaboration within a company, but also across company borders. This leads to an increasing demand for flexible specialists and managers who are familiar with thinking and acting in complex interrelations. The profile of industrial engineers meets these requirements by combining technical expertise with economic judgment and adequate personal skills.
The interdisciplinary bachelor program „Industrial Engineering and Management - Production Engineering“ combines knowledge of business administration and production technology as well as specialist and methodological skills.
